Arsenal and Chelsea Eyeing Feyenoord’s Hartman Amidst Injury Recovery

Quilindschy Hartman, the talented left-back from Feyenoord, is on the radar of both Arsenal and Chelsea. Despite his current recovery from a significant knee injury, Hartman is open to joining Arsenal if they show a strong interest.

At 22 years old, Hartman is on the mend and is expected to return to the game in 2025. Unfortunately, this means he’ll miss out on the upcoming European Championship, but he’s aiming to be back on the pitch by the middle of the next season.

Hartman made an impressive start with the Netherlands national team, scoring in his first game, even though they lost to France 2-1 back in October 2023. He had his sights set on the European Championship, but his injury has put those plans on hold.

Premier League clubs are keeping a close eye on Hartman’s recovery, hoping he’ll regain the form that contributed to Feyenoord’s Eredivisie win under Arne Slot, who’s now managing Liverpool.

Arsenal has had Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior playing as left-backs, with Takehiro Tomiyasu stepping in when needed. They might be considering Hartman as a long-term option for this position.

Chelsea, on the other hand, is also looking to beef up their left-back choices this summer. They’ve been following Hartman’s career for a while, but his injury means any potential move is not imminent.

This simplified version should be easier to understand while still conveying all the essential information about Hartman’s situation and the interest from the London clubs.
