Walid Charchari, an Al-Fayha performance analyst, has praised Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in the world despite their altercation last week.

Last Sunday (April 9) in the Saudi Pro League, mid-table Al-Fayha held Al-Nassr to a tedious 0-0 stalemate. As a result, Al-Aalami’s lead over table-toppers Al-Ittihad in the championship race was reduced to three points.

After the game at the King Salman Sports City Stadium, Ronaldo had a terrible night and appeared enraged. After the game had ended, he was even seen instructin

g an Al-Fayha official to stop talking as he left the field.

It has come to light that the Al Burtuqali representative who fought with Ronaldo was Charchari, the team’s performance analyzer. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner and the Algerian now claim to get along fine despite their on-field altercation.

The Al-Nassr captain was praised by Charchari as the world’s top athlete. The Al-Fayha representative praised Ronaldo for his influence on the Saudi Pro League as well.

“Everything is fine with Cristiano Ronaldo and there is no disagreement with him,” Charchari told FilGoal. “Ronaldo is the best player in the world and his influence on the Saudi League is great. The whole world has been following the competition with great interest since his arrival, and all satellite channels want to broadcast our matches.”

As he posted a picture of his altercation with the forward on social media, Charchari seemed to be happy to share the field with Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr prepare to face Al-Hilal

Since Al-Nassr’s 0-0 stalemate with Al-Fayha on Sunday (9 April), a lot has happened at the club. The Riyadh-based team, which has lost two of its previous three league away games, famously fired manager Rudi Garcia last week.

Dinko Jelicic, the coach of Al-Aalami’s Under-19 team, has since been given charge of the first team. On Tuesday (April 18), Cristiano Ronaldo and company will face off against their local rivals Al-Hilal in a crucial match.

The Mrsool Park team’s chances of winning the league this year could take a further hit if they lose to Al Za’eem. It is therefore uncertain whether they will be able to earn all three points at King Fahd International Stadium in Al-Hilal.

Al-Nassr has started looking for their new long-term management. They are rumored to be considering other options in addition to the bold swoops for Jose Mourinho and Zinedine Zidane.
