Reports: Chelsea, Man Utd & AC Milan all monitoring French defender

According to RMC reporter Fabrice Hawkins, Chelsea have joined the race for French centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo.
Chelsea are still looking to strengthen their squad despite the quiet winter transfer window.
Hawkins claims that Nice want to retain him this winter, but Chelsea, Manchester United and AC Milan are keeping tabs on him.
He also says that this is a story to follow in the next few months, as Manchester United might have an advantage due to INEOS’s involvement with both Nice and Man Utd.
Chelsea have a lot of options in defence, with Thiago Silva, Trevoh Chalobah, Axel Disasi, Benoît Badiashile, Levi Colwill, Wesley Fofana, Malang Sarr and Alfie Gilchrist.
