As we reach the midpoint of the January transfer window, it’s been relatively calm. This window is typically characterized by teams making hasty purchases to fill their squad gaps.

Chelsea showed a keen interest in Crystal Palace’s winger, Michael Olise, during the summer. This led to the France U21 international renewing his contract in South London.

ESPN reports that not only Chelsea, but Liverpool is also interested in the Palace winger. The report further suggests that Manchester United is in the mix and might consider using Wan-Bissaka as part of the deal.

Olise’s season with Crystal Palace has been marred by injuries, limiting him to just 9 appearances so far.
