Although Brentford have struck a deal with Club Brugge from Belgium to buy Antonio Nusa, Belgian sources are doubtful that the transfer is finalised.

This morning, Fabrizio Romano announced that Brentford had agreed terms with Club Brugge for Antonio Nusa. However, Belgian reports claim that the competition is still open.

Nieuwsblad sport reports that Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham are still in the hunt for the player, who is heading to England to negotiate with the interested clubs.

Pieter-Jan Calcoen, a journalist, thinks that the other clubs’ involvement could benefit Club Brugge by increasing the price.
