Aston Villa hit by defensive injury crisis before Chelsea clash as Unai Emery confirms

A player from Aston Villa, Ezri Konsa, won’t be able to play for about four weeks because of an injury. He hurt his knee during a recent game against Sheffield United. The team’s coach, Unai Emery, says Konsa won’t be back until the end of this month.

As for Chelsea, they also have several players who can’t play due to injuries. Reece James, Marc Cucurella, Trevoh Chalobah, Wesley Fofana, and Levi Colwill are among them. Romeo Lavia, Lesley Ugochukwu, and Robert Sanchez are also injured.

In addition, Tyrone Mings and Lucas Digne from Aston Villa won’t be playing, and Nicolo Zaniolo might miss out too. However, Pau Torres will be back from his injury, but he won’t be starting in the match on Wednesday.
