Sources: “Dream target” – Chelsea’s new manager hunt

Remember when we talked about Pochettino leaving his job at Chelsea earlier this month? Well, now we have an update on finding someone new to take over.

At the beginning of the month, we heard that Pochettino hasn’t been happy at Chelsea, even if they’re winning. It seems he’s had some issues working with certain people there.

When they start looking for someone to replace Pochettino, they’re going to use a method that looks at data, like they do when they pick players and staff.

They’re really interested in Rúben Amorim, the manager of Sporting Lisbon. He’s doing great there, and Chelsea sees him as a top choice.

Right now, it’s unclear if Pochettino will stay until the end of the season. But it seems like Behdad Eghbali is the main reason why he might not get fired before then.

Chelsea is still competing in the FA Cup and doing okay in the Premier League, so things are still up in the air.
