Mikel interview: Pochettino would lose Chelsea job under Abramovich

The former Nigerian player told a sports news outlet that he’s working with Didier Drogba to convince Victor Osimhen to join Chelsea.
John Obi Mikel thinks Mauricio Pochettino should be given time at Chelsea, but he believes the team needs to qualify for European competitions and play better.
Mikel, who played for Chelsea in the past, was at Wembley for the Carabao Cup final where Chelsea lost to Liverpool. He feels some of the criticism towards Pochettino has been too much, but he understands that at Chelsea, winning is crucial.
He says that while patience is important, Chelsea has high expectations, and the current owners need to decide how much time to give Pochettino.
Mikel thinks that Chelsea should at least qualify for the Europa League, considering their current position in the Premier League.
He also believes Chelsea needs to strengthen their squad, mentioning his efforts to persuade Victor Osimhen to join the club.
