Everyone knows that Chelsea needs a new centre forward. But finding the right one is not easy, especially in the January transfer window.
Nathan Gissing reports that Chelsea has considered Jhon Durán from Aston Villa as a possible temporary solution. However, there is no rush to get a new striker this month, as it could be a waste of money if he is not better than what they have.
Chelsea has an eye on Victor Osimhen from Napoli, who is a more attractive option. So they might not want to settle for a lesser forward.
Jhon Durán has not been very impressive for Villa this season, scoring only two goals in 14 Premier League games.
