The second round of the competition will feature Chelsea hosting Brighton after they narrowly defeated AFC Wimbledon 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
While Premier League champions Manchester City will face a challenging test away at Newcastle United, Arsenal will travel to Brentford.
The other Premier League matchup will take place at Villa Park between Aston Villa and Everton.
At Anfield, Leicester City, who were demoted from the Premier League last season, will play host to Liverpool.
