Chelsea had a great time in London, winning another derby match, this time against West Ham with a whopping 5-0 victory at Stamford Bridge. Nicolas Jackson scored twice to secure the win.

It was a smooth ride for Chelsea, who had just beaten Tottenham a few days earlier. This time, playing in their home ground, they dominated the game right from the start.

Cole Palmer kicked things off by scoring his 21st goal of the season in the Premier League. Then, Conor Gallagher, the team captain, made it 2-0 with a powerful shot into the bottom corner.

Before the first half was over, Thiago Silva, who had been out with an injury, came back strong, setting up Noni Madueke to score the third goal with a well-placed header.

Chelsea didn’t slow down in the second half. Madueke set up Jackson for an easy goal just three minutes after the break.

The rest of the match was pretty relaxed for Chelsea, with West Ham struggling to make any impact. Jarrod Bowen had a few attempts for West Ham, hitting the bar a couple of times in the first half and then finally scoring, but it was too little, too late.

Jackson sealed the deal with his second goal, making it 5-0 for Chelsea with just ten minutes left on the clock. Initially, it was ruled offside, but VAR intervened and confirmed it as a legitimate goal.

With this win, Chelsea moved up to seventh place in the league table, just two points behind sixth place. They’ll have to wait and see how Manchester United fares against Crystal Palace on Monday to see if they can climb higher.
