Chelsea are looking to sign young talent, as per reports.
Reports say that Chelsea are interested in a Serbian U21 international.
The Secret Scout on X reports: “Chelsea are working on a deal for 18-year-old striker Milos Lukovic, who will join Strasbourg afterwards.”
Strasbourg belong to the consortium led by Chelsea owner, Todd Boehly/Clearlake
The Secret Scout adds: “Chelsea’s scouts went to Serbia to meet the owner. The club turned down an initial 4M as they want a % of future sale.”
Lukovic has netted 10 goals in 19 Championship games.

Chelsea have had a long history of Serbian players at the club, including Branislav Ivanovic, Nemanja Matic.
Among the senior team today, goalkeeper Đorđe Petrović is currently within the Serbian international squad.
