Sjoeke Nusken was a big help for Chelsea in their Women’s Champions League quarter-final against Ajax. She scored two goals while playing away from home.

The German midfielder has been in great form lately, scoring twice in this game just like she did in the previous one. Chelsea won 3-0 in this match.

Under the guidance of their coach Emma Hayes, Chelsea showed their attacking skills at Johan Cruijff ArenA.

Lauren James scored a goal again, and Nusken, who joined Chelsea in the summer, scored twice, giving them a good lead before the next match at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea took the lead after 19 minutes when James and Nusken combined well. Nusken’s pass led to a goal by James.

Although Guro Reiten scored another goal for Chelsea, it was disallowed after a long video review because Nusken was offside.

Reiten, who played well throughout the match, assisted Nusken for another goal with a perfect cross.

Chelsea dominated the game and had many chances to score more goals, but Nusken missed an opportunity to make it 3-0.

Catarina Macario, who came off the bench, quickly made an impact by assisting Nusken for the third goal with a cross from the right.

Information from PA was also used in this report.
