Chelsea Poised to Compete with Manchester United for £60m Michael Olise

Michael Olise, a rising star at Crystal Palace, might think about moving back to Chelsea, even though they’re not in the Champions League right now.

Chelsea really wants to bring Olise over this summer and is even willing to compete with Manchester United for him. Last year, Chelsea kept an eye on Olise, but he decided to stay with Crystal Palace.

Now 22, Olise has done great at Palace, scoring 10 goals and making six assists. He used to play for Chelsea when he was younger and seems happy at Palace, especially with their new coach, Oliver Glasner.

Olise has big dreams and is open to new opportunities. He’d like to play in the Champions League, but a good offer from a team that’s moving up could also interest him.

Chelsea believes they can attract Olise by aiming for a top-four spot next season with their new coach, Enzo Maresca. They’re telling potential new players like Olise that they’re a team on the rise.

Chelsea is looking for fresh talent but also wants players who know the Premier League well. They think Olise would be a great fit, playing on the right wing with Noni Madueke.

Olise has a contract with Palace until 2027, and it has a buy-out clause that might be around £60 million. But the details are a bit complicated.

Palace wants to keep Olise and another player, Eberechi Eze, because they’re doing well with coach Glasner.

Before bringing in new players, Chelsea will probably let some go, with Conor Gallagher and Trevoh Chalobah likely to leave. Tottenham and Aston Villa are interested in Gallagher, but Chelsea is asking for £50 million.

Chelsea is also interested in Jhon Duran from Aston Villa, but trading him for Gallagher doesn’t seem very likely.

Lastly, Chelsea is close to signing Tosin Adarabioyo without any transfer fee from Fulham after he passed his medical check-up. He used to play for Manchester City.
