Enzo Fernandez just had surgery on his groin, and he’s feeling relieved after dealing with pain for six months. He plays for Chelsea, but he’s been out for the rest of the season because of this problem. It’s been a tough season for Chelsea with lots of injuries.

Enzo won’t be playing in the last six games of the season, but he might be fit in time for the Copa America with Argentina this summer. He shared on Instagram that his surgery went well and that he’s finally starting to feel better after relying on injections and medicines to get through the season.

He said, “I had to get this surgery because I’ve been in pain for about six months. I tried to manage it with injections and medicines, but the pain kept getting worse, especially when I trained or played. I didn’t want to stop playing because I love being out there with my team, but it got too much.”

Enzo thanked everyone for their support and promised to come back stronger than before. He’s played a lot of games this season, showing his dedication to the team despite his injury.

His coach, Mauricio Pochettino, mentioned that Enzo could have kept playing, but it wouldn’t have been good for him or the team if he wasn’t feeling his best. So, it’s better for him to take the time to fix the problem properly.
