Mauricio Pochettino thinks Chelsea is getting better and becoming more of a team instead of just a bunch of expensive players.

Noni Madueke said Chelsea has been working together better this week in their two wins against Tottenham and West Ham.

Chelsea beat West Ham 5-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. Madueke set up Jackson for the first goal.

Just three weeks ago, Madueke and Jackson were arguing on the field during a game against Everton. It got so bad that Cole Palmer had to take the penalty kick instead.

But this time, Jackson scored twice, with Madueke, Conor Gallagher, and Cole Palmer also scoring. Chelsea played really well against West Ham.

After the game, Pochettino praised his players for showing more maturity.

He said, “Noni and Jackson showed that we are learning and getting smarter. Making mistakes is normal for a young team. It helps us improve.”

Pochettino is happy to see his players starting to act more like a team. He thinks it’s an important step in their development.

He said, “It takes time for a team to come together. But it’s great to see them starting to understand how to play together.”

Pochettino has been trying out different tactics with Chelsea. He believes they are now ready to learn more complex strategies.

He said, “We had to make sure the team could play together before we could try new tactics. Now we can start adding more detail to our game plan.”

Pochettino hopes to continue his work with Chelsea into next season. He knows it takes time to build a strong team.

He said, “We need to focus on building a strong foundation first. Then we can start to add more to our game.”

Pochettino is cautious about making changes too quickly. He wants to make sure the team is ready for any adjustments.

He said, “We need to understand where we are as a team before we make any big changes. It’s important to take things one step at a time.”
