Chelsea will be hosting Soccer Aid for UNICEF this summer, and it’s going to be a big event. Some famous former Chelsea players and other global stars will be playing at Stamford Bridge to raise money for charity.

On Sunday, June 9th, fans will get to see Eden Hazard back at Stamford Bridge for the first time since he left for Real Madrid in 2019. Other former Chelsea players like Joe Cole, Karen Carney, Frank Lampard, and Gary Cahill will also be there.

Even one of Chelsea’s current players, Mauricio Pochettino, will join in. He’s the team’s manager now. Pochettino and his assistant, Jesus Perez, were also part of the 2023 edition of Soccer Aid, which happened at Old Trafford.

Pochettino said, “I’m happy to be part of Soccer Aid for UNICEF again. Last year was great, and I’m looking forward to being back, especially at Stamford Bridge with Frank Lampard on the other side. We raised a lot of money last time, and I hope we can do it again. Please buy tickets and come support us. A full stadium at Stamford Bridge is amazing, and we want the players to feel that energy.”

You can buy tickets here, and a family of four can go for just £60. It’s not just about the game; there will be lots of entertainment, and the money raised will help change lives.

Here’s who’s confirmed to play for the World XI team: Mauricio Pochettino (Manager), Jesus Perez (Coach), Usain Bolt, Eden Hazard, Roberto Carlos, Martin Compston, Maisie Adam, Roman Kemp, Lee Mack, Tommy Fury, and Diamond.
