Mauricio Pochettino really wants Chelsea’s management team to make sure Conor Gallagher stays with the team.

There’s talk that Gallagher might leave Chelsea this summer, and the people who own Chelsea are thinking about whether to sell him.

Chelsea fans showed their support for Gallagher before a big game against Tottenham by displaying a banner that said “Conor Gallagher, Chelsea since birth.” This was a clear message to the bosses at Chelsea to keep their local talent in London.

Pochettino, the Chelsea coach, said he doesn’t have a say in Gallagher’s situation, but he thinks Gallagher is really important for the team.

When asked about what’s happening with Gallagher, Pochettino said, “I don’t know anything about it, it’s up to the club and Conor to figure it out.

Chelsea won the game against Tottenham, thanks to goals from Trevoh Chalobah and Nicolas Jackson. This win was crucial for Chelsea’s chances of playing in Europe next season.

Pochettino said this win made him really happy because Chelsea played well and showed a strong competitive spirit.

Young players like Gallagher and Chalobah did great in the game, and Pochettino thinks their understanding of what it means to play in a derby helped Chelsea win.

He said, “They were fantastic, especially considering they came through Chelsea’s academy. They showed extra passion because of the rivalry with Tottenham. But that doesn’t mean other players don’t care. The whole team played well, but Gallagher and Chalobah were outstanding.
