Less than a day left… Guessing Pochettino’s team should be easy because so many players can’t play in Monday’s match.
In case you forgot, the blues won’t have James, Fofana, Lavia, Badiashile, Chukwuemeka, Chilwell, Colwill, Nkunku, Gallagher, or Ugochukwu.
Pochettino can choose from both goalkeepers, but I think Petrovic will keep playing. It would be really disappointing if he lost his spot to Robert Sanchez.
Since Chilwell is hurt and Cucurella just came back from injury, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Gusto playing at left back and either Chalobah or Disasi at right back. After Colwill got hurt, I expect Thiago Silva to come back to the starting lineup.
In midfield, it will probably be Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo again because there aren’t many other options. Cole Palmer will likely play in front of them. Up front, Mudryk, Jackson, and Sterling are likely to start, but Madueke could also play.
I think Pochettino will change to a back four because of all the injuries, which just adds to his problems.
