Reports: Chelsea have ‘intention’ to pay €60m termination clause for 16 year old future star

Chelsea are looking for young talents across the world of football to add to their squad.
The blues have returned to South America to scout for promising players who can join Angelo, Andrey Santos and Kendry Paez.
SPORT claims that Chelsea have sent one of their legal executives to Sau Paulo to activate the €60m release clause for Estevao Willian.
The report also states that Laurence Stewart and another executive tried to negotiate a lower fee in October, but Palmeiras refused to budge.
It will be curious to see if this news is confirmed by other sources.
This is not the first time that Chelsea’s interest in Estevao Willian has been reported.
Fabrizio Romano has also verified that Chelsea are working on the deal.
