Reports: Chelsea willing to help clubs to get transfer done

With the transfer window closing on February 1st, many teams are feeling the pressure to finalize their deals in time.

One of the players who could be on the move is Chelsea’s young star Armando Broja.

The striker, who has represented Albania at the senior level, has only found the net once in the league this season for the blues. However, his initial price tag was inflated as if he was a prolific scorer. The Telegraph reported that Broja was worth between £50m-£70m just a few days ago. The actual market value is likely much lower.

Alan Nixon, a reliable journalist from The Sun, claims that Chelsea are ready to assist any clubs that are interested in Broja but have financial constraints.

The story adds that Chelsea are willing to let Broja go on loan this month, provided that the loan deal includes a mandatory purchase clause of £35m.

This could be a smart move for Chelsea to balance their books, but it could also be seen as a sign of desperation. Fulham, Wolves, West Ham and other potential suitors might be tempted by this offer.
