After Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Brentford on Saturday in the Premier League, people are getting more and more concerned about Mauricio Pochettino’s position. Even though Chelsea hasn’t lost a game in the last 6 matches that went on for 90 minutes, fans are starting to feel as unhappy as they did after the Wolves match.

Reports say Chelsea is looking at Rúben Amorim from Sporting Lisbon and Roberto De Zerbi from Brighton, which adds to the pressure on Pochettino. He needs to work hard to earn trust from the fans and the people who are already thinking about finding a new manager.

As we get closer to the end of the season, we have to wonder if any Chelsea players have gotten better under Pochettino, giving us some hope for the future. I asked this question on X earlier this week.

How many players do you think have improved under Pochettino, and can you name them? 41% of the people who voted said none. The next highest percentage, 21.1%, said 3 or more players, and 20.2% said 2 players.

Since most people said none, I agree with them, but some argue that Gallagher and Gusto have gotten better as the season went on. Some people also say Petrovic and Palmer have improved, but it’s worth noting that three out of those four players were already on a good path when the club signed them.
