We have some updates on player injuries before our match against Manchester City in the Premier League. Unfortunately, the number of injured players has gone up again.

Even though we’ve had fewer injuries recently, Chelsea is still facing challenges due to players being sidelined. Before facing Manchester City, we’ll be missing 8 players.

The latest addition to the injured list is midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka, who twisted his ankle, as confirmed by Pochettino in today’s press conference.

Thiago Silva is also on the list after getting injured in our last game against Crystal Palace. He’ll be out for this weekend’s game but might be back for the following Sunday’s match.

We’re still missing Cucurella, James, Fofana, Lavia, Badiashile, and Ugochukwu for the upcoming game, according to the club website. On a brighter note, Levi Colwill and Malo Gusto are okay after seeming injured in Monday’s match.

Robert Sanchez is back from his December injury and could be back in goal, according to Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino.
