Pedro Lima, a young and talented defender from Sport Recife, is about to make a big move. He’s set to join Strasbourg, a team connected to Chelsea Football Club. At just 17 years old, Pedro has already played for Brazil’s Under-17 team and is considered one of the most promising young players from South America.

Even though Pedro won’t be playing for Chelsea directly, the people who run Chelsea are going to watch how he grows as a player. Chelsea has a history of bringing in young talent from South America, like Andrey Santos and others.

Another young star, Estevao Willian from Palmeiras, is also about to join the club for a huge fee of £29 million.

As for new players, Chelsea is looking for a striker and is interested in Jhon Duran from Aston Villa. They’ve been following him since January. Duran, who’s 20 years old and from Colombia, could move to Chelsea if both clubs agree on a deal. He’s had a good season, scoring eight goals, and seems excited about the possibility of joining Chelsea. Meanwhile, Aston Villa might sell some players to meet the financial rules of the Premier League.
