Datro Fofana to join Burnley on loan with NO buy option

The Athletic has some sensational news to report.
Burnley are interested in signing David Datro Fofana, who has returned from his loan spell at Union Berlin in the Bundesliga.
Datro Fofana joined Chelsea for about £11m last winter, but only played three times for them.
Update:
Fabrizio Romano has given his seal of approval to this deal, saying it’s a ‘here we go’. Datro Fofana will move to Burnley on a temporary basis, without an option to buy. The club thinks he needs to gain some Premier League experience. This will be a fascinating story to follow.
